Exactly.

This thread isn't about "friends" letting you "use" their condo. This is about "acquaintances" letting you "rent" their condo.

Where at? Beachfront or across the highway? If this is in a popular beach town and on the beach, $750 for a whole week is a heck of a deal. Make sure it includes cleaning fee.

We rented my Aunts condo on Satellite Beach, and were told it was ZERO to rent for us. So were like cool, ZERO expenses for the week for the condo.

Get to condo and go to office to get key and sign paperwork, and we owe $300 in cleaning fees(normal fee). I was kind of pissed, let me know up front if we have to pay anything, i have no problem with the 300, but when you think it's 0, budget that shite in, and then suddenly $300 out of pocket.

Always ask about fees, OP
