I'm definitely not a fruit eating person.

well the good thing is not all fruits are good for you, alot of them surprisingly have very high sugar contents, and the ones in the can have a thing called fructose sugar that is very bad for you

If Latarian adoption ever goes thru, you better add some orange drink and buffalo wings to that list or your gut is TOAST.

max i actually wish i ate healthy like you. im ok, but not great. i eat pretty healthy for breakfast and lunch, but usually not so much for dinner.

that's me.

my main issue, is nightly sweet cravings. 5-6 Oreos and a small glass of skim is the norm.

Breakfast - bowl of Kashi + banana
snack (sometimes) - apple
lunch - Smartbalance PB & J on 100% whole wheat + water
snack (sometimes) - random fruit or small pack of almonds
Dinner (varies wildly) - bean burritos with homemade guac and light sour cream OR 3 slices cheese pizza OR baked chicken plate from Matherne's OR chicken marinara on whole wheat spirelli OR........(I have kids if you didn't notice)
snack - said Oreos OR random bad sugary item

The evenings + increased lifting are the reason I am up from 231 to 245

Herschel Walker claims that he's never lifted a weight in his life. He does 1000 pushups and 1000 situps daily, though.

They'd probably be fine for upper body, but you'd have to do something about your Chicken legs.
yes, this is more of a question for upperbody...for lowerbody, he plans to do squats, calf raises, and jogging.

my sweet tooth kills me too.

i think the best thing is to buy a shitload of gum and just chew that after your meal when you are craving sweets

Normal Week:

Breakfast - Whole Grain Cereal w/ 2% milk, OJ, and banana
Snack 1- Granola Bar
Snack 2- Apple
Lunch - PB&J on whole wheat, orange, and yogurt
Dinner - Chicken breast, steamed veggies, and more yougurt

During the day I only drink water with one beer and a glass of wine in the evening.

Then I screw it all up on the weekends.

Oh, and Hershel Walker also ran stadiums for ~1 hour a day 4-5 days a week. That'll limit how many squats you have to do to make the legs look ripped.

Bad Bad Bad! to have sugar at night.. that's the worst time.. if you crave sweets at night.. (this is gonna sound gross) but try some laughing cow cheese with celery sticks.. it's good.. or have a glass of red wine.. either will knock out the sugar cravings
