Quantification of Shopping Carts

What is the percent of shopping carts in the country that roll only on 3 of 4 wheels and actually roll straight when pushed? I’m starting a quantifiable data driven study on if America needs new Shopping Cart’s?

It varies per region and is correlated to the number of mouth breathers who put their groceries in their vehicles, and then leave their carts just sitting there in the parking lot.

I don’t care for Target and rarely go there, however, their carts never have the shitty wheels or steering issues.

Depends on the store chain. Walmart’s are the worst carts in the world. Targets are usually pretty good.
