#3 and #4 turbines have been broken for at leat 5 years per a caller on WWL

Mitch called for the resignation of Jernigan, the public works director, due to the lack of maintenance on the catch basins.
However, Jernigan made it clear in his testimony that funding was not immediately provided for the full scope of work. What a fricking shite show, but it gets better.
