FYI, the reason public school is gonna mostly be A day , B day is because of the phase 2. There are not enough 6-12 grade teachers to meet the quota of 25 or less in a classroom. Pre k thru 3 are funded differently so they can meet the class size defined by Phase 2. Just passing it own.

Why not make the high schoolers do online school and open up the high schools to the elementary and middle schools so they can safely social distance.

I know in Tangi it’s transportation. Phase 2 will only allow 50% capacity on buses. Therefore 7-12 starts virtual. It’s much easier for those ages to stay home with working parents. Pre-K through 6 will be back at school because they can’t stay home alone. Although there’s a lot of non-working parents for all ages in the area.
