You could challenge them to a dance off.

Used to live in an apartment where the upstairs resident, who worked 3d shift, would come home in the wee hours and, for whatever unaccountable reason, awaken his toddler son so he could run like a maniac from one end of the apt to the other for a while

Then, I discovered that their mutt really, really, really didnt like low bass vibrations. After I cranked up the bass in the mornings and put my speakers against the wall, that mutt went absolutely batshit crazy up there and they were helpless

We negotiated a settlement shortly thereafter.

It's pretty amazing the way physics works. I used to live in a neighborhood where my walls would rattle on Saturdays like clockwork. You'd swear it was my nextdoor neighbor bumping hiphop, but one day I drove around to pinpoint the source, and it was a trashy arse dude clear on the other side of the block blaring Creed.

Trash gonna trash.

Is it the same tired trap beats and sub bass that has been going on for the last twenty years?

FYI to you bass lovers out there, when you put bass that is 1-2 octaves down in your music and then crank the volume, you get nothing but mud and all you can hear is the metal and plastic on your car vibrating sounding like it’s going to fly apart.

Just put the bass in standard at about 40hz. That will bump just fine.

People who will not admit Creed has some bangers are lying to themselves. Amirite?

On the other side of my neighbor there is new construction.. about 9 months old... They went all out with a pool and an outdoor sound system. Can't hear it in my house but if I go out in the backyard I can hear the base... The people rode by on their bikes and never said a word or waved at me.. Didn't even look my way...

Interesting(?) story. I once got in an Uber. At the first red light, I noticed that chest thumping bass sensation that we’ve all experienced. I looked around at the nearby cars for the typical-looking culprit. There was none. Come to find out, it was coming from the car I was in. Our stereo wasn’t loud at all, but its bass was still making my lungs throb.
