The one situation where Florida drivers are allowed to use their hazards when in motion is when the vehicle is being used in a funeral procession.

Driving with hazards on is dangerous? What's really the difference between that and driving with your headlights on? Besides they are blinking. I think driving hazardous is more dangerous than driving with your flashers on. I really don't care either way

How is someone driving with their hazardous lights on slowing you down? If you've trying to evacuate right now you are probably late?

Because in a low visibility situation it's easy to think it is a stopped vehicle, which is when they're supposed to be used, which is dangerous.

Did you pass driving school?

yes dickhead. I've been in poor visibility situations - snow blizzards, hurricane conditions and I didn't give a shite if someone was using their flashers or not.

If i see hazards on i assume they are stopped, and on the shoulder

Very dangerous to drive with them on. But so is a million other things most drivers do.

I'll save my concern for the retards, trying to add value to their meaningless lives, using their phones while driving.

I absolutely hate when people do this. I've seen a lot more of it in Louisiana here lately.

Dont worry. They'll probably slow down to 45mph too.

Hazards on are dangerous because it makes it impossible to focus on your brake lights. Can't see if you are stopping or not. Have to guess. You also can't signal a lane change which is dangerous and it's very very very distracting when you are driving behind it.

When I see a driver in the rain with the flashers on, I know he's a shite driver.

Few things are worse than trying to see through heavy rain and some dumb arse in front of you has their flashers on.

It's distracting, confusing and illegal. Are you stopped on the side of the road? It's more difficult to judge how far away you are, and many cars use the same lights as flashers and brake lights.

The only good thing is does is to warn other drivers that he/she is stupid and it's best to get away from them asap.
