And the Obama punch is Kool-Aid (or taste like it) Barack is Grape and Michele is fruit punch. Actually the wings are pretty good. Not as good as Fleury of wings was, but still passable. It's a strange place, but it doesn't feel unsafe in daylight time. That area is actually on the upswing right now. Claiborne is looking a lot better.

We had someone ask about one of our 4 bedroom 2.5 baths. Came and looked and gave me a number and name of person to call about HUD paying. When I called, the person on the other end started laughing and stated that HUD would not pay that much. They also noted that they have set amounts for each size house based off of bedrooms and sq feet. So I was told.

Sold a house in central la 7 years ago and I had about 10 calls a day to see the house and when they came and looked at the end said "would you take section 8?" Finally had to post no section 8. Still got calls for it. 8s gonna 8.
