You really should look into a high fat diet. Not necessarily paleo per say. Also if you had surgery lately you might have inflammation which can cause high triglycerides and ldl.

Do you have a history of heart problems I. Your family? Lots of research points to no correlation between high cholesterol and heart problems.

I had high cholesterol and my doc said "you can fix this or I can give you a pill and fix it but it doesn't solve what's going on".

You really need to understand how Cholesterol In The body works and what causes it to rise. Cholesterol Clarity book should be your starting Point before you do anything. Educate. Educate. Educate.

You need to go to the head of the service department with this bullshite and complain they are ripping you off! Call them out on this and go find someone else to quote the work they are saying. I've done this a few times and they backed off and even refunded me some money on previous work.

How old are you? Is this your first job out of college?

My job requires me to go in and out of several plants a day. The rule used to be clean shaved. One day I quit shaving grew my beard back and no one said a thing. One day the instrumentation engineer at one plant said "oh you grew a beard!" I asked if it was a problem. He said "not really. There's like 40 guys in here and 3 respirators. If something bad happens don't think you're getting one." The other plants said it got bad with deliveries. They would tell drivers they had to shave and the drivers would just leave and wait for them to call them back. I only know one plant that requires it.

They are not rejecting you. They are rejecting your product or service. Put them in enough pain and don't be afraid to go negative with them. Find the pain, if they can even make the decision, then find out if they have money. Don't take it personally.

They had two plans. In home service and their furniture guard (where they put a coating on the furniture that is supposed to be an oil base)
