What these low IQ thief’s don’t realize is that the hardware is completely useless at the pawn shop or their local EZ cash store

My former boss had 60k worth of Cisco equipment stolen out of his truck in his driveway. He was a moron for leaving it in there but I'm sure those thieves probably didn't even know what they had. "Plug it in and let's see what it does"

The first time it happened, the thieves didn't bother with the $500 per Hilti Laser Levelers. 2 of them to be exact.

My truck got broken into a few times when I lived around LSU. They would hit right under your door handle plate with an ice pick or screwdriver and knock the lock out. I had my radio and all of my CDs stolen once but they left a pair of Rayban sunglasses and a Ruger 45 under my seat

Car burglaries happen almost everywhere. The thieves in BR usually aren't targeting poor neighborhoods.

When I lived in Atlanta I just stopped locking my truck. Lived in Oakhurst and had it broken into almost monthly.

First few times they’d break a window and take whatever change/cash was in the car. After that I kept no change and leave it unlocked. They’d rummage through but never take anything which was always surprising because I’d have camping gear, blue tooth speakers, flashlights, golf bag, etc at times in there.

They were quite literally only after cash.

Could you put an angry rattlesnake in a bag and leave it in your truck?

When I lived in Tigerland I did this. I'd just take everything out and let them go through it. It was cheaper than replacing my lock and fixing my door.

I was thinking a bait car with a dye pack in the bag. Or tear gas.

People actually think the police care and following up on their complaint is a priority. There lies the humor. The only time the policeman you see is in that city is to work. They don’t live there and try not to go there when they’re not working.

Here’s your case number and good luck.

BRPD obviously doesn't gaf about car burglaries. If you have video footage they might look at it.

The TPOS population of BR must have some CCNA expertise
Their only best bet, is to somehow sell the hot CISCO hardware overseas. Even then these low IQ folks wouldn’t even know where to begin.

Maybe I should reconsider.

Please do, they especially seem to watch for women getting out of vehicles possibly w/o purses. They must watch and hit vehicles they have specifically targeted. Too uncanny how they know which vehicles have valuables in them and then how fast and quick they hit. They hit ours at a sports event when we were 75 yards away. 7 cars. Broken windows w/o opening door so as not to set off alarm. Dark or daylight.
