Why is Hong Kong in quotes?

He originally said this was in China. While it technically is, in the context of the thread it’s important to note that it’s in Hong Kong not mainland China

Black Live Matters protesters would have drug the ambulance driver out and beat him to death before torching the vehicle.

Red hats would have just driven thru the crowd

I always laugh when I see people run through protestors blocking intersections or any public roadway in general.

The difference between people in Hong Kong and Mainland China with regards to respect, class, etc. is stark. If you think that statement is bigoted, well, I guess the truth hurts.

Hong Kong is an amazing place.

I’d hate to be in the middle of that and needing to use the bathroom.

Is this really supposed to be funny or ironic? That wasn't an accident with someone hitting a crowd by mistake. It was a deliberate and premeditated attack.

He is a terrorist who tried to murder as many people as possible. He succeeded in killing one person and injuring dozens more. He's already been convicted and will soon get his life sentence from the state. Not to mention the feds will still get a shot him for federal crimes some of which carry the death penalty.
