The entire history of the world is one of civilizational conquest. I’m sorry if I’m not still losing sleep over something that was par for the course when it happened 300-400 years ago. I’m also not sorry we live in western democracy instead of primordial wilderness. The Europeans/Americans were doing nothing that every other civilization wasn’t already doing, they were just better at it.

Anybody crying for the Sioux need to understand the history. The Sioux were in Minnesota and got pushed out by other tribes so they headed west in the late 1700s and took the Black Hills via conquest from the Cheyenne. Then in the mid 1800s the American expansion moves forward and conquered the West and pushed them out and on to reservations.
They held the "sacred" Black Hills of South Dakota for about 50 years. To top it off there is about $1.5 billion dollars in a trust sitting there for the Sioux tribes to claim but they refuse because they want "their land" back.
Frick them. Maybe they should take that money and help their people on the rez. Nope, won't do it.
The tribal leadership is corrupt as hell. They only care about themselves and frick their people.
They can F off.
