To help anybody else out about something I recently realized: always bought Benadryl to help sleep, but realized it was same active ingredient in any number of PM medicines, so I got to looking and realized that you can actually buy the active ingredient marketed as allergy medicine instead of PM/sleep and you can get like 300 a bottle for the cost of 40 Benadryl or Advil PM’s.
