Probably a longshot: Mall of LA artist

There was a booth in the middle of the Mall of LA years ago that sold paintings of lots of Louisiana landmarks, schools, churches, etc. Does anyone happen to know that persons name or if they have a website?

Back when he was still in the mall, we used him to do a picture of my father-in-laws business. He did a really good job and I think it was fairly affordable from what I remember.
