you asked the board to “ask you how you know”. You were asked, and your answer was that YOU can’t get hired. The simplest explanation for that is…it’s you LOL

There still has to be human employees that run all of these things. If anything, AI is more of an assistant for the employee to make their lives easier and more productive at work.
