It's ironic that Prince was outspoken on bullshite manganese and chemtrail conspiracy theories and he dies of an overdose.

Gaga is an amazing talent, but again, nothing on the level of Prince.
Andre 3000 is a much better example of a contemporary male artist who has been trying to emulate/recreate Prince's sound and style. His work is much more similar musically, and he's more of a well rounded producer and musician than Kanye (whose work I'm also a huge fan of, but I realize he has no place in this thread). As much as I wish 3 Stacks would get back to rapping, the heavy influence Prince's career has had on his latter work is apparent.
Anyway, just wanted to add my .02. Andre 3k is a much better example of a male artist that has been chasing after Prince.
Obviously there will never be another Prince. Nothing compares. Legend in every way.

he was not feeling well...then dies a few days later?!
seems more likely he had a deeper unk health issue that got him, but...

Why would his plane do an emergency landing for flu symptoms when it was only 45 minutes away from the original destination? Reports that first came out said that he had the flu. This is complete bull and obviously a weak attempt to covering up something. The flu would be life threatening if he had AIDS but otherwise it is not for someone his age.
He was treated 6 days before his death at a hospital for an drug over dose, Fact.
The facts that we do know is that Prince had substance abuse issues.
Will have to wait and see but all signs point to another overdose for cause of death.

Prince was an 80s version of Hendrix and Bowie mixed into one mini AlphaAF poon-slayer...all of MJ's talent with 0% pedo weirdness.
I can't find anything negative to say about the man. He was great.

I was in my 30's when I got a heads up from a co worker about prince, so I never got too worked up about him...certainly not reduced to tears or dancing in the streets
no more than a handful of songs at most do I recall
my time was the 60's and 70's...almost everything after that age/era, kinda fell on deaf ears.
tho I can still recognize talent, many of the tunes don't speak to me, eh daddio?
