Meghan grew up going to private school, but she was still just a middle class chick. Her dad was a TV lighting director or some shite and her mom was a social worker.
She's lived in single room apartments and paid her own bills while pursuing her acting career.

And that's because she is the Sovereign, ie personification of the country itself.
