Skip to basically anywhere on it and there’ll be some crazy breakdancing. I don’t get how someone gets into this but it looks pretty damned cool.

IMHO being able to control your body like that is a huge accomplishment.

I have yet to meet anyone, anywhere that observes breakdancing in person that doesn’t comment how awesome it is. That video is great. Those guys are legit.
They are basically floor gymnasts. Some of the moves they display require deceptive amounts of strength.
