Very true. I do think Hispanics are better off financially as a whole that blacks are, which leads to being less squeaky. I think that has more to do with a culture problem that breeds poverty among the black community than it does government neglect. Hispanics that I know don't want government agencies anywhere near them unless it's the DMV.
