Yep that's what Jones was referring to. We had something like 105 murders last year and all but a handful were black on black killings.

speculation is that the owner allowed Sterling to deal on his corner, but Sterling started threatening people with his gun. Even though the owner is in on the arrangement, you still dont need someone outside your store threatening customers and whatnot.

I didn't know that. We live in southeast BR so I don't shop over there often.
I wish they'd take over Blvd de Province. That little section of Sherwood between I-12 and Old Hammond used to be fairly nice. There were some kids of culcha blocking traffic fake fist fighting Friday night. Might have been 9-10 years old in the middle of the road with no parents in sight. I almost hit one of them by accident.

This is what is so damn frustrating to me. You don't hear a peep from the so-called "community activists" when blacks kill each other. Apparently, black lives only matter when the person doing the killing is white. I'm curious to see how the new police chief handles this situation.
