Reading comments on facebook, it wasnt this guys first road rage incident. Dont know if the others were reported or not.

I’ll admit to getting frustrated in traffic and using some colorful language that would prevent me from ever running from public office(with the windows up), but I don’t think I’ve ever had the thought “You know what? I’m gonna get out of the car and shoot someone”

all the more reason he's culpable. His girlfriend and kid's mother is dead. All so he could be a horse's arse. The shooter deserves the death penalty, but the BF should do some time as well.
