Yeah there’s so many places and areas here than you can’t rush it. We spent quite a bit of time finding out first place, but this one we found early and got on a waiting list. There’s only like 16 townhomes here and we lucked out.

Oh it is mommy and daddy. There’s no way all those 24 year olds can afford uptown.
We have smu kids by us and it’s defnitely parents money. All the townhouses are married couples or older single people though so our neighbors aren’t kids.
