Ummm, not in Alabama. Not even medical weed is legal here.
Yet with how illegal weed is in Alabama(which is stupid in the first place), there was only enough to warrant a simple possession charge. Which mean he most likely has less than a half ounce, which is breadcrumbs to a dealer.
You’re going to tell me that amount of weed was worth executing a dangerous early morning raid?

Don't change the argument, anyone with a functioning brain and a firearm would defend their household when someone kicks the door down.
If this 16 year old black kid was a 40 year old white guy, the thought process and outcome would have been the same.
Someone died because the police broke down their door at 3am over SOMEONE ELSE they were looking for. If you you don't have an issue with that, then you don't believe in the right to self defense.
