No cops shot. I lived. 2am on a fake 911 call from the residence that didnt have a land line.

If so, and I am certainly not saying you ain't right, we have AMPLE evidence of state's behaving as this one did in this instance with immunity and the support of a segment of the populace where the state eventually ceased to exist because of its agents acting like idiots. It is not supportive of the police to support this type of behavior and it is counter supportive to continually place them in harms way and in positions where shooting a kid is there only chance of survival. You can rest assured most cops suffer some emotional trauma when the latter happens no matter how justified. Asking them to do it is not supportive, it is abusive.

This wasn't "the State".
This was two individuals in a moment in time.
One person pointed a gun at a person who happened to be quicker on the draw.
Now, all of this may be proven true or untrue once time has passed and all the facts come to light, but as of now, it is what it is.

I do not believe it, I see it EVERY SINGLE DAY. Speeding is illegal. Exceeding the speed limit by 30mph is a felony in Georgia. I see folks in a 45 and 55 MPH speed zone committing a felony just about every day, I do it myself from time to time. You know when no one does it? When there is a cop on the side of the road or, even better, in the flow of traffic traveling the speed limit. All of a suddent everyone becomes a saint. The same is true of ALL crime, if someone is present who may be in a position to either make an arrest of testify if an arrest is made most criminals will wait for a more opportune time to commit a crime. There is no more effective way to prevent crime than simply being visibly present....and police know this without any reserve.

Yes. I lived with strippers, we had weed, shrooms and all kinds of stuff, hence the reason for the raid under false pretenses.
