Start at the point when you receive the neighbor complaints accompanied by video evidence. Where do you go from there?
Issue a bench warrant and let a random cop pick him up whenever someone checks his ID. Is this complicated?
Now your turn, explain to me why this needed to happen at 3 in the morning for a simple MJ possession charge?

Easy, you go into a house full of kids at 3am and kill anyone who tries to stop you. Gotta get that guy who wasn't there off the street.

And there it is.
Again, LEOs like every other public servant works at the behest of the taxpayer. We have every right to question policies that potentially put other civilians and other cops in danger.
It's a fricking shame that the consideration of the safety of civilians and other cops have now turned into OMG YOURE ATTACKING THE POLICE HOW DARE YOU.
Some y'all don't blink a fricking eye when calling for accountability for other public servants.

Would you and the others shitting on the cops be happier if the kid got off a couple of shots and killed a cop or two before facing return fire?
Yes they would, but they don't have the guts to admit it.
These people hate ALL cops, not just the bad ones.
These people STILL believe the "hands up , don't shoot" lie.
You are arguing with brainwashed idiots...

So explain under what "context" a cop gets a gun pointed at him and doesn't shoot the person pointing it at him?

Let me put it in terms you can understand.
What are the chances the 16yr old doesn't have a juvi record as long as my leg?

The "bad guy" had a weapon and pointed it at the cops.

How fricking dense are you? They killed an armed person pointing a loaded weapon at them.
In your "get rid of cops" world, do you believe that if someone is pointing a weapon at a cop, that the cop must wait until he has a warrant against THAT person to defend himself? Really?
Dude get some better stuff. That cheap shite you are smoking is rotting your brain.

Good luck identifying cops when it’s pitch black, they are dressed in all black, and blind you with their strobing stream lights
Also, it seems like people believe no one has ever lied and claimed to be cops when they break down a door.

Just a thought, wouldn't there have to have been a court order before the raid. You gangstas out there do understand a court order don't you?
The police here lied about postal evidence to include Breonna Taylor's apartment on the raid here in Louisville. And Judge Mary Shaw signed off on it without issue.
If their work is as shoddy as it sounds in this raid, can we trust that the rest of the process is functioning as it should?

shite guys, he's right. This kid deserved to die. No reason he should have a right to defend himself. He may have been committing more crimes.

If the complaint is substantiated. Get the guy when he's coming out of the fricking gas station or something. But somehow you think in the middle of the night with several kids in the house is the best option?

Predawn drug raids are dumb. Reserve that stuff for murderers.
Exactly.
Hell, they executed a SEAL-style raid looking for a guy, and he showed up at the crime scene and turned himself in.
That should tell you there was an easier way.
But they don’t get to do COSPLAY Delta Force if they do it the easy way.
The FBI had the old handicapped guy they killed under constant surveillance, knew his schedule. All they had to do to apprehend him was come up behind him and take his walker away.
Roger Stone’s lawyer had been arranging for Roger to turn himself in, instead they sent a Strike Force of over 20 agents, including guys in two armored patrol boats armed with .50 cals to arrest him in his underwear.
Pure stupidity.

think its nonsense that they do these SWAT raids for anything less than murderers or hostage situations. The police have so many resources that they can arrest these guys when they go to Walmart and search their homes then.
Until it’s your neighbor.
Now, people won’t be dealing at that house anymore.

Better hope you don't live too close. LMPD dumped a shite ton of ammo into other apartments when they were shooting during a raid here.
ETA: Also better hope they have the right house number too.

So then you're good with a police officer lying to obtain a warrant for her?
