Praline the Audubon Zoo gorilla in trouble for taking out pregnant woman

6 hrs in 2 different hospitals for getting hit in the head with block of wood
Praline the gorilla (the aggressor)
The pregnant woman who is an LSU fan
"Audubon Zoo officials explained the block of wood was full of honey and other treats for the gorillas.
The so-called "enrichment tool" is meant to help the animals explore their environment and their exhibit."
At least it wasn't the male gorilla who threw the block.

I suspect this violent outburst was the result of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling on Lee Circle. Clearly Praline was pissed and worried that Mitch Landrieu will have her renamed next.

If her family was there, why would they need the zoo to call an ambulance for her? Since when are we requiring someone else to take care of us? From the story, it doesn't appear that she even needed an ambulance and if this had happened at home she would of never went to the hospital.

Give the zoo a chance to make things right. Suing a zoo is just low. Like suing an orchestra or ballet. They don't have any money, and it's there for your cultural enjoyment.
