Powerball's getting up there - time for a what are you buying thread

First, I'm going lump sum. ~$116,700,000
I've got 4 properties picked out. None will be cash purchases. The rest of the money will be put in a modest fund, I believe 8% annual for a 10 year turn is safe.
If I withdraw ~$2.5M/yr for mortgage payments and living expenses/travel/food/etc the fund account balance should about double the $116M in about 12 years.

So what are ya'll buying?

I didn't think about Hawaii
I figure, I want a solid base of homes and then I can travel everywhere else for short periods. Once the fund starts growing, maybe add a place somewhere in Europe

why only 30% reduction for taxes? wouldn't it be closer to 40% for federal? plus state income tax (if your state has it)?
