Gs explosions are more common than you would think.
Here's one from Kent, England last year.
"Local resident said her whole house shook. It sounded like something had flown into the side of it."

Could be a Methane gas explosion too. If they built the house over an old cattle field it would have the same type of explosion as a natural gas leak.

Not seeing any plane parts in the pics so I'm going with that it's impossible that it was a plane.

I was thinking Yuengling at first but that’s Pottsville and not Pottstown.

No fire, smoke or gas smell either.
From a post on first page:
"At the scene of what appears to be an explosion on N. Washington Street in Pottstown. 1 house entirely gone, other houses damaged. No flames, smoke or smell of gas. These are the shots I got before police kicked me out."
