We've been trying to frame lots of posters for years. It rarely works, though.

Michael's does but I'm not sure of the cost. I'm sure it's more than it should be.

Don't think too hard. You're better off not knowing for sure if you know someone who posts here.

PROTIP: You do.

Hobby Lobby and Michael’s. But the price will vary wildly on many factors, including the frame and matting you choose and whether you protect it with glass, and which type glass.

If it’s a cheap poster then Michael’s is okay. If it’s a painting or numbered print I would bring it to a frame shop. Look to spend around $100 at Michael’s I suppose.

Hobby Lobby is the way to go. Can likely do it yourself for really cheap using their frames and matting, but if not, they do a great job for a competitive rate.

Hobby Lobby is your friend.

Don’t go to a small frame shop. They will rape and sodomize your wallet and leave it for dead in a ditch.

You should be able to find a poster sized frame off the rack at Hobby Lobby...your choice of simple black, various beveled edges, white, natural wood.

If frame doesn’t fit poster, get them to cut a mat to make it fit. Pick your color mat.

DO NOT get custom framing, where they make the frame special order for you. You will have to sell a kidney or take a loan out at a bank.

Elizabethan on Jefferson near Government does the best, make sure to get conservation glass if you want to do it right so it won't fade with age.
