Just went over 5" here in west central La. Forecast was either 3-5, or 6-10, we were right on the edge of the two lines of precipitation forecast. I'm thinking the latter.

My younger brother lives in Longville, La which is about 25 mile north of Lake Charles. He's saying they've got at least 6" to this point

I'm in Mandeville and have received 83.6 inches since Friday, more than Houston and Corpus combined.

I came in north of Leesville this morning and it wasn't over anywhere yet. Haven't left hospital since to check anything out.

Yeah I passed it this morning coming in. My wife said they might have some serious trouble at the dam at Toledo.

Remember a few months ago the problems they had. Very possible over the next week of rain that the issues get even worse than before. I hope not but we shall see. I am going to ride out that way later and see how it looks.
