There are multiple sites where you can upload your photos. The image hosting site will then give you a link. Or if you see the image online, just post the address of that photo.

1. Right click on image
2. Select "copy image address"
3. Go back to TD and select the "img" button
4. Paste the image link in the box
It's harder to do on phones, BTW
