I think I ended up with the right degree for me. But pursued the wrong major for 4 years before finally switching after my grades finally caught up to me. If you don't have the work ethic or the drive for it... Chemical Engineering is not the place to be.

Environmental Science was a great fit once I found it. Though Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science and then Law School would have been better to maximize my career potential.

I went into healthcare, and we all know how healthcare in this country is going.
Also, it’s going to get worse before it gets better, so honestly the middle to lower class are going to have some issues.

Have a degree in Marketing but should've done Management for my current position. That being said, I'd love to have a degree in sports marketing/management and be involved with NIL.

have an engineering degree and for years I thought I'd overdone it because of the field I went into, but at the tail end of the career having that degree has opened many doors for positions that don't necessarily involve "engineering," but require an engineering degree

Earned ChE, should have done meteorology from the start.

I did get the met degree eventually.

that's supposed to be a pretty "rigorous" curriculum, where did you do that at?

I ducked and dodged anything with hard math courses...that was a terrible mistake. Would have loved a career in architecture or engineering.

I can think of about 6 degrees I would have liked to have had instead.

had a friend do that at Penn State and he was a smart dude, he said he had to bust arse for it, granted he'd been out of the academic environment for about 15 years

Anthropology (Archaeology), loved every minute of it and had been accepted to Tulane for a MA. Sold out and went to law school.

If I had to do things over again I would not have gone to college right out of high school. I should have gone to trade school or something then made my mind up after that. Dropped out and worked a trade and used that to fund going back and finishing. Pretty much wasted 4 years, though.

I earned a general social science degree. Loved learning about the material, and I think it was fine majoring in it, but I should have added a second major for sure.

For, what I want to do with my career, I should have had an English degree.

Went to college as a business major, but switched to philosophy because I didn't want to end up in a cubicle. I now work in a cubicle. If I were to do it again, I probably would major in accounting or engineering, but I don't regret my decision. I think a philosophy degree teaches a lot of skills that carry over to any profession. Also, I believe if you are a hard worker and catch a few breaks, you'll be successful in almost whatever you choose to do whether you have a degree or not.

I went to Cornell, ya ever heard of it? I graduated in 4 years, never studied once, I was drunk the whole time, and... I sang in the a-cappella group Here Comes Treble.
