President Xi Jinping. Xi is the leader of the communist party of China. He learned about the Wuhan virus in late November. By December, he knew human to human transmission was happening - but he shut out the WHO and CDC and told the world that human to human transmission wasn’t occurring until 6 weeks later - Jan 17th. In the meantime, China stockpiled PPE (importing some from the US and Europe). Xi didn’t issue travel restrictions until after hundreds of thousands of Chinese people dispersed throughout the globe (after the Chinese New Years Celebrations) and he continues to lie about how many cases and deaths the Wuhan virus caused in China.
Not only is he a sociopath, but he’s the most impactful sociopath in this thread by a long shot. He has paid for support from American media and politicians for years.

Most people who have achieved a modicum of success have sociopathic traits. Those few that have attained the highest levels of success at whatever they do are almost assuredly sociopaths to some degree. Particularly in business and politics.
