that's going to depend on your school and the kids involved

many different considerations from say, an inner city school teaching on the normal track or a suburban-esque school teaching gifted kids. honestly from what i've heard, you may want to start in a rural setting b/c they're traditional and more often well-behaved

Also depends on the age. Middle school urban school kids are insanely disrespectful. The little ones are, too, but they don't realize they are being disrespectful. You can also teach them to speak more respectfully and they will at least try.
