It's funny you say this. I'm out in the County and was talking to the clerk at the gas station. Nice guy. Young guy. He said he was trying to get into the academy downtown. I asked him why the City. He said because it was so much easier to get into. So between those trying to show they're a hardass and those who do it because they're not good enough to get into the County, coupled with the City being a shithole in the first place, and it's just trouble waiting to happen.

The bad guys start to work in St. Louis usually around 9:30 or 10:00 local time. This is just the paid agitators mixed with some local folks getting airtime.

I think it's because they're still relatively small and they're moving. Rush hour traffic probably blocks the hospital more than this group did.
