It would be damn funny to see how the city reacted to that. Set up a military DRASH tent with a diesel generator and run a business from it. Right on the steps of City Hall. It would be priceless national coverage for some entrepreneur starting a business.

I forgot about that. We went back there mud riding once, and they all flipped their shite and were running around yelling. My buddy even ran over one guy's tent

I've always heard good things about Portland, but if I were looking to book a vacation, I would avoid Portland like the plague until something is done about this. I mean, I've heard the homeless problem there is bad, but this is just ridiculous.

Exactly. Someone should set up a tent on the sidewalk in front of Starbucks and start selling coffee. Rent free = Cheap coffee = Profit
