I work in Port Allen. It has to be one of the most trashy towns in Louisiana. Video Poker, Truck Stops, homeless and lot lizards. Also some of the ugliest women you will ever find anywhere

When I was in the Navy in Spain my boss(E-6 with 16 years) would frequently lose his whole paycheck on slot machines at EM club.Then he would borrow money from me(E-4 with 3 years)to buy groceries.He had no children thank goodness.His wife dressed pretty shabby,their old VW smoked so bad it looked like mosquito spray truck going down the road.
He always paid me back,I woud explain to him slot machines were designed to pay out less than they took in but he couldn’t stay away.He was nice guy ,I felt sorry for him and his wife.
