Again all this over probably less than $10 as she claimed she was overcharged or double charged for her meal.
He saved the franchise less than $10.
Now it will cost the franchise and their insurance company a huge pile of money.

Two women are hitting the old woman with their fists right up to when the man body slams her. Then they cheer and clap over her after she has been thrown to the pavement.
Two things to note in this disgusting incident:
First, two black guys come to her aid and get in between the victim and the mob.
Second, and I find it sad and a reflection of today’s society that this isn’t understood by some, but words are never enough to justify violence upon a person. That’s not just an ethical standard, it’s also the legal standard. So, yes, you have committed a crime if you batter someone for yelling that your momma wears combat boots or calls you a bad name. You can also be held civilly liable.

There is no excuse for attacking a woman over the age of fifty. Unless, you are in fear of your life. Your statement was extreme. You should feel like a bitch. Also, body slamming any woman, (unless onto a bed) is also a bitch move.
