We go back and forth about this all night.
The reality is.
At the end of the day the young man was charged with a felony as he did commit one on video under Tennessee law. He is going to have a lot of costly legal battles ahead of him.
The franchise owner of this Popeye’s will probably have to pay for the ladies injuries, legal fees, etc.
Popeye Louisiana Kitchen’s gets a lot of bad press. Give or take that with a grain of salt. Most of the stores service are lacking.
All this over a few dollars that this lady was allegedly over charged on her order.
Is it worth it?

I had one of the chicken sandwiches today for the first time, took about 10 minutes in Albuquerque, definitely not understanding the amount of hype.
It was good, would eat it again, but definitely wasn't something that wowed me.

As he should have been. The customer's attorney said the woman suffered nine fractures, including six broken ribs and a broken knee. They are both lucky as hell that her head didnt hit the concrete, because she could have easily been killed.
