Must agree that a lawsuit is required. But Popeyes should be suing her! Blow flies lay eggs on wounds not red beans and rice. Their maggots, aka screwworms then feed on the victim's living tissue. They must have an opening in the host to breathe. Therefore cannot be screwworms in her intestines from Popeyes!
Oh bye the way, screwworms were eliminated in North and Central America in the 1960s. If she has screwworms she has recently been to South America, Africa, or Asia. If she has an intestinal worm infestation, they are not screwworms. I could understand that she would have a good idea who gave her gonorrhea, but blaming any restaurant for screwworms is preposterous unless she scratched herself dumpster diving behind them while the only pregnant blow fly in Texas was nearby.

Of course, you know it was that one fly. And after she reads your post, she'll remember that it wasn't the red beans and rice, it actually happened while she went in to the store, with an open wound that she got from opening the front door while on her way to order the red beans and rice.
She forgot all of the facts because Popeyes made her so sick. Duh.
And also, shame on any dumbass lawyer who would take this case without doing the research.
