My FIL and MIL are hard core Pentacostal Holiness.
They visited the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Bethlehem.
They came back so pissed off that the Orthodox Church that maintains it does not have a nativity scene set up there. It ruined their whole trip, LOL.

Vatican Council II declared that Muslims (and Jews) go to Heaven because they believe in the same god as Christians.
However, salvation comes from Jesus Christ - so if they are aware of Jesus and do not accept him - then chances are they are not getting into Heaven
If they are never exposed to Jesus, but are still relatively good people - then we have no idea what God decides - but why wouldn’t God let someone who had no idea about Jesus, through no fault of their own, into Heaven?

I know it's not official Church custom, but one custom has been that Baby Jesus shouldn't be in the nativity scene until Christmas Day. For an organization big on symbolism and formality, it seems like this one would be a no-brainer to adopt.
