I have had several pleasant shopping experiences with Bengals and Bandits. I have also found the owner pleasant to deal with on a special order for my wife.
Of course, i have also never popped my belt because of my gut.
Call the manf and see what they can do.

If you have a problem with the purchase of the belt then go bitch to the store, all they did was sell you the belt. If you have a problem with the construction and durability of the belt call the people that made the belt.
