If they really need to go to a $70k/year school (they don’t) make them take out loans for it.

Our "safety school" is Wake Forest. Its around 70-90k per year. The rest are Ivies.

Iveys are need based and you live in Soviet bloc housing so which part is a lie? Your *step* grandkid is going to Harvard or Stanford or the tuition cost?

Do more research on your fabricated bullshite before you post it. This is entry level stuff

You’re a failed father, alcoholic, and swinger. Why throw so many stones?

And according to you, you’re an LSU grad too

I’m in my 30s. My parents (both in their 60s) and my wife’s parents (in their 70s) all went on family vacations at times growing up. They took their kids on regional vacations when we were growing up.

Domestic regional travel to see sights or visit friends and family has been part and parcel of Americana for nearly 100 years.

And basic economic theory says that standard of living should continue to increase over time. Air travel, tvs, and microwaves used to cost like a months worth of salary, now they’re less than a days worth of work. That’s how it’s supposed to work

Harvard, probably. They have their heart set on Dartmouth now. Things changed.

Dartmouth has a kick arse undergrad program and its in a setting the girls are accustomed to.

Can’t believe you’d let your *step* granddaughter go to such a liberal hell hole

She's far more intelligent than you. She'll be fine.

You left your kids when they were children for the bottle, I guess we’ve reached the part of the program where you deny this and act like you didn’t share it in a public forum multiple times

Debate and speech. Monthly meets, we have no roads to connect to other towns.
We fly everywhere we cant "float."

My granddaughter is taking three college classes and two HS classes, and paid cash for her college courses. Worked hard all summer, proud of her.

Wake forest is god awful value for money. Is there even a decent network to be gained at wake? It’s not like it’s duke or unc.

My law school roommate was a wake grad. He entered law school 180k in debt. I entered the same exact law school with no debt. Poor guy was basically limited to taking dogshit public interest jobs because that was his only shot at getting out of student loan debt. I had the freedom to do anything.
