The vast majority I would say are unqualified. That's what happens when you allow discrimination against intelligent people. Giving a person with a he degree and 6 weeks of training a license to kill is a disaster in the making.

well if people would comply with them and not get upset when a cop shows up to help maybe it wouldn't matter the amount of training they had.
why do people get upset when someone is coming to help.

Come on, dude. By your logic, we shouldn't have a military. I guaran-damn-tee you our military that have been deployed fighting these terrorists and have come under fire, or who risk stepping on an IED daily, have fear at times and specifically of muslims. So I guess this means they shouldn't be in the damned military??
