If you're in a holding cell and have already been patted down, and you disobey orders, you aren't going to get shot.
If you disobey orders and continue walking towards a vehicle of which the police don't know whether there is a weapon inside or not, you're probably going to get shot.

Maybe just maybe they are not cut out to be cops. I wouldn't want my surgeon on edge and nervous while doing my procedure. Now why is this acceptable behavior for a cop?

well then if so many blacks are in jail and whites aren't, maybe blacks aren't cut out to be criminals. they should try something else
