Yup
I can think of exactly ZERO scenarios where a no knock warrant is needed and even in the ones that people rationalize, the potential for frick up FAR outweighs the rationalization.

And, I've seen some of these vids where there's like 5 guys yelling police, which, to a person just waking up at 2AM just sounds like a bunch of people yelling.
Not to mention, um, ANY 5 dudes could come flying thru the door screaming police. Screaming is NOT identification.

I'd love to hear the cops explain why this no knock was sooooooo necessary.
They knew the dude was in there. Dude was fricking sacked out on his sofa.
If you know the guy is in there, then unless he's planning to starve to death, getting him out doesn't require blazing in.
AND, to those who might say, "we clearly the guy is armed and dangerous", I'd remind them that half the fricking time, the cops don't know if ANYONE ELSE is in there. Hence, the guy willing to go Rambo when the cops enter makes no knock even LESS supportable.

I hope every cop who executed that warrant was killed. System pigs are not our friend, frick them and their unconstitutional shite. That's my thoughts just reading your headline. Didn't click link.

No knock warrants are bullshite. That didn’t look like a no knock warrant but it still seems completely unnecessary.
I don’t like how it’s just a 30 second clip of the body cam though. What happened before that?

There are ZERO reasons to bust the door down to do a warrant. To damned many unknowns and if you know your perp is in there, you're already 99% of the way to having them in custody unless you think the guys has an underground tunnel to his neighbor's house.

I agree with you, but a no knock warrant means you just bust the door down and go in. They announced themselves many times before they went in which means it wasn't a no knock warrant.

So explain to me why it was so important and what impending doom required them to put many lives at risk for a guy sleeping on his couch.
I mean, seems like they could have just waited until he went to the store or something and then arrested him at his vehicle. Far more people were put in danger with this gestapo shite. No need, no justification.
