Based on the address it appears to be at those shithole apartments on the corner of S Harrels Ferry and O'Neal. Odd that St George included those in the proposed boundary

You're correct. There is about a 2% chance it isn't culcha

if I’m not mistaken those apartments have been shut down since the flood.

I don't think they flooded but I could be wrong. It's a massive ghetto of a bunch of independently owned apartment buildings. It goes back about a half mile. It's been ghetto since Katrina or even before.

Is that the apartments on Harrells ferry across from the church or the condos that are behind the church on O’Neal?

It's catty corner from where Jay's donuts used to be. Across the street from the ghetto convenience store.

I know where you’re talking about now. Those have been shitholes for some time now.

Just like most of Baton Rouge, Katrina had nothing to do with that street being ghetto

That corner just needs a little infrastructure. But drop the MOAB first.

Glad we don’t have a lot of NYC posters on here. These would be started about every three minutes.

Maybe we need a police and rescue board.

I think so but I thought some of those apartments didn't. I know South Harrells Ferry at Jones Creek was dry. I don't think that store flooded. We live in Woodland Ridge so not too far away.

That store makes a great shrimp poboy. You can get one made from a whole loaf of French bread.
