Please Explain: What does "everybody is racist" mean

I am honestly curious as this is something I have seen on multiple message boards, not just this one.
I have never discriminated against anyone because of skin color. I am above that.
I have never denied anyone job opportunities or education, I have never kept someone from fulfilling their dreams, and I have never protested for taking away anyone's rights or safety.
The only time I "judge" someone is by their character and how they treat me.
So could someone please tell me how I am racist.

the ONLY racists i have seen the last few years are 100% all black but not all blacks are racists
once in a blue moon i see a white racist on TV they drag out to use to label all whites as racist but its the exact same 30 goobers from the back woods and there are never any more the 50 of them that they can find nation wide.
so to answer your question, racist blacks use racism as an excuse to say you can never call them racists even though thats what they are and if you are white you were born a racist "according to them and the MSM" so thats why everyone who isnt black is a racist, when in truth its exactly the opposite
