You have two choices:
Pick your battles, decide this isn’t a hill worth dying on and move on.
Decide in your head that you don’t care if you never have sex again and treat her how you would anyone else making that insane and stupid argument.
If you roll over, she stays happy, but do so too often and she’ll lose respect and attraction for you. If you grow a backbone, you’ll piss her off in the moment. Too much, and she’s gone, but if you do it just right, she’ll respect you more and be more attracted to you long term. She’ll think this guy isn’t desperate for sex? does he even want me? I need to make him want me!
Or she’ll just leave you for Jody she been banging. Don’t die on this stupid hill.
