Pretty hard to answer a vague question. I haven't worked everywhere else to know if it is the best.

Is it nice, yeah. Is it up to you if you get employed, no. I would venture to guess than about 300 other people got the invite to interview for the polyolefins today as well.

No. Will probably be (I'm guessing) 20-30 positions that are filled.

Last time that Exxon interviewed in November they told me that they are interviewing around 500 and will probably hire 40-50 people out of that pool.

This is the typical pool for BR. It's competitive, experience goes a long way right now.

Hell, they have probably have 20,000 applications in their system for Ops jobs, then they weed down the pool from there. The final cut will be 300, then the nut cut will be the final 20 or so hired.

I know it's competitive, but I know some people who got in there with little to no competition.

Who you know matters more than what you know.
